- Click the New button and choose Account Type.
- Enter the Name under the Name Field and then select Save and Close.
- Now select Banking from under the Banking tab at the top.
- Now hit the Add Account option and then select Enter your Bank Name or URL.
- Now type the name of your bank or paste the direct URL of your online banking page.
- Now log in to your online banking account and select your bank account in QuickBooks Online when prompted.
