Solution 1: Reconnect the Bank Feeds
  1. Open QuickBooks Online and under the Accounting tab click Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the New button and choose Account Type.
  3. Enter the Name under the Name Field and then select Save and Close.
  4. Now select Banking from under the Banking tab at the top.
  5. Now hit the Add Account option and then select Enter your Bank Name or URL.
  6. Now type the name of your bank or paste the direct URL of your online banking page.
  7. Now log in to your online banking account and select your bank account in QuickBooks Online when prompted.
Solution 2: Verify your Online Banking Login Credentials
Sometimes the error 9999 also arises when incorrect login credentials are used to log in to the online banking account in QuickBooks Online. Following the steps mentioned below, we will verify the online banking login credentials.
  1. Open internet Explorer and go to your online banking website.
  2. Enter your login credentials and hit the sign in button.
