Deactivate and Reactivate your Bank Accounts
  1. Deactivate the online services you are using with QuickBooks Online.
  2. Reactivate the QuickBooks Online Services, for this follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below.
  3. If you are using the Direct Connect method for connecting with your bank then under the Bank Feed Center log in to your account using your PIN or login credentials.
  4. From under the Banking section, select Bank Feeds and then hit Set Up Bank Feed for an account.
  5. Now choose the correct bank from the list and follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the task.
  6. If you are using the WebConnect to do online banking in QuickBooks then first download the transaction file .qbo from your banking website and save it on your computer’s desktop.
  7. Click Utilities under the File menu and then select Import and Web Connect Files.
  8. Browse the file and select it from the desktop and click Open.
  9. Select Use an existing QuickBooks account under the Select Bank Account
  10. Now hit OK and if you see Your Web Connect data has been successfully read into QuickBooks the reopen QuickBooks once again and check if you are still getting the same OL-301 error.
